Uditha Jayasinghe

Uditha Jayasinghe is a Chartered Accountant by profession and has worked in several companies as Finance Manager, Finance Controller, Head of Finance, Group Finance Manager and Chief Operating Officer for more than 15 years. His experience in financial reporting and accounting covers a variety of industries such as telecommunication, industrial manufacturing, apparel, and travel & tourism.

He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (FCA) and an Associate Member of The Society of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka (ACMA). He is also a fellow member of Sri Lanka Institute of Credit Management (FICM) and a life member of the Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka (MAAT).

Uditha holds a BSc Degree in Accountancy & Financial Management from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and has obtained his Master of Business Administration (MBA), from the University of West London, UK.

Uditha is a highly committed lecturer with over 10 years of experience in lecturing undergraduates, postgraduate students, and students studying for professional exams. He is currently lecturing Taxation, Corporate Finance & Treasury Management, Investment Portfolio Management, Strategic Financial Management, Strategic Management Accounting, Advanced Corporate Reporting and Global Developments in Finance in leading academic institutions which are affiliated with the United Kingdom and Malaysian universities.
