Radini completed her Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) with a specialization in Finance at the University of Kelaniya from 2016 to 2019, earning a First-Class Division. She has achieved notable qualifications, including the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) - UK, and The Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT). Further, she has scored the highest mark for the 2022 August strategic case study at Wisdom Business Academy with a pass mark of 109.

Radini currently holds the position of Senior Business Analyst (Corporate) at MAS Holdings since 2021. In this capacity, she offers daily operational support to the Business Director, overseeing all finance and business strategy-related analysis. Radini collaborates with the Corporate Strategy Team to formulate long-term plans consistent with the corporate business objectives. Furthermore, Radini monitors monthly financial KPIs, conducts analyses to enhance existing financial performance, and contributes to strategic decision-making through her involvement in relevant meetings, groundwork, research, and data analysis. Additionally, she prioritizes the cultivation of productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations and foster collaborative partnerships.
