Hashen is a CIMA passed finalist of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants where he managed to secure the strategic case study prize and was subsequently the valedictorian for the graduating class.

Hashen began his corporate journey in management consulting with Stax, a global management consulting firm. He then transitioned to John Keells Holdings, where he contributed to the transportation sector.
