Hamza Alibhoy

Mr. Hamza Alibhoy holds over ten years of experience in developing and implementing growth strategies in several industries such as advertising, shipping, petroleum, logistics and trading. He has acquired a wide range of knowledge and experience in the areas of Finance, Sales, Marketing, Technology and Project Management. He currently serves as Assistant General Manager at McLarens Group in Sri Lanka overlooking both the Group Business Development and Group Corporate Communications Departments. He has worked in developing partnerships with global companies including Fortune500 brands and is also experienced in process enhancements driving the implementation of technology and systems to increase efficiency of business operations. He also co-curates Sri Lankas largest TEDx event- TEDxColombo. He is CIMA qualified and has completed his Master’s in Business Administration from the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM). Hamza has over 5 years of experience as a lecturer teaching various subjects such as; Innovation, Globalization, E-business and Business Development for a UK affiliated degree program. With his core passion in Business Growth and Education, Mr. Hamza Alibhoy is a strong believer in continues learning to develop skills essential for the future. Mr. Alibhoy was the recipient of the “Youth Supply Chain Career Lead Award at the New Generation Awards 2022. Mr. Alibhoy is also a CrossFit athlete and the host of the Work In Progress Podcast- a podcast focused on personal development.
