Sachinthani has obtained her basic degree from the University of Colombo Faculty of Management and Finance specialized in Finance. She has also completed CIMA at Wisdom Business Academy. She is currently reading for the MBA from the London Metropolitan University (UK) specialized in Fintech.
Her career started as an intern at London Stock Exchange Group, where she was part of the accounts receivable team and continued to work there until she reached a senior executive position. Later she joined a leading higher education institute as a lecturer and predominantly lectures for the business management and hospitality modules.
